Payment Terms: Non-refundable.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Should there be any unforeseen circumstances, students will be given prior notice before the start of the class and all fees will be refunded.

Disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liabilities & indemnification: Inspire Mum & Baby Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any losses, injuries or mishaps or any third party claims for all services and products rendered. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "Inspire Mum & Baby Pte Ltd" from any claims resulting from your use of the services or products. You expressly agree that use of the product or service is at your sole risk. Neither Inspire Mum & Baby nor its service providers, agents, licensors, employees shall have any liability for any damages suffered by you or any other third party claims as a result of the use or misuse of the services and products provided.

All prior representations, promises, understandings and implications are superseded by these Terms and Conditions (provided that this clause is not intended to exclude or restrict any liability for fraud).

No variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective against Inspire Mum & Baby unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by a duly authorised employee of the Company.

Should the contract is done for the representative/ service provider/ third party, Inspire Mum & Baby will not be liable for any misrepresentation derived that is not in the contract.

If the client cancels the course, event or workshop, he relinquishes any right to that series discount to which he was entitled previously and no-refund will be entitled.

The Company reserves the right to omit or suspend the course/event/ workshop for good reason, in which case no claim on the part of the client for damages for breach of contract shall arise. Such an omission or suspension shall be notified to the client as soon as possible. Should such a reason be the act or default of the client or his servants or agents, then the amount of the contract reserved for the Event/ Workshop shall be paid in full notwithstanding that the event/workshop has not been held.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by the client during the event due to natural incident such as rain or incidents not predictable by the Company.

In no circumstance shall the total liability of the Company for any error, misprint or omission exceed the amount of a full refund of any price paid to the Company.

Every care is taken to avoid mistakes but the Company cannot accept liability for any errors due to the acts or omissions of third parties or the Company's subcontractors, or inaccurate instructions.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

"the client"       means the person placing with the Company the order/ booking for the course, event or workshop
