InspireKids Yoga

InspireKids™ Yoga (previously known as Kids Yoga) provides lots of major benefits to your child as they grow up in this modern world of technology, exhausting range of classes, enrichment programs, which may cause them to be physically and mentally fatigued. This leads to increased stress levels in children. Yoga will help them to rejuvenate their mind, body and spirit. The class includes storytelling, music, reading, creative arts, fitness and many more!

All our classes are conducted by qualified instructors and are held in small groups for better focus.

Students are recommended to bring their own Yoga mats for hygiene purposes. For registration, kindly contact the rmain centre's line 6348 7881 or register online. 

** Rochester House is based on 1 make up class per package
