Linda Tan
Linda Tan is a qualified Yoga and Advanced Pilates Instructor for Baby, Toddlers, Kids, Adults and Pregnancy and a qualified Massage Therapist (Infant, Swedish, Thai). She holds a certification for Baby and Preschool Swimming from the Swimming Teachers Association (STA), and Aqua Yoga and Pilates. Linda also runs private classes for special needs children, babies with slow motor skills development and ladies who need therapy due to muscle pain, posture, and many more. She is also a Parenting Educator and run workshops such as massage for couples & babies, couples workout, pelvic floor workout and parenting education with various organisations, She has also conducted talk/ workshops with hospitals, corporations, schools, Mothers' Support Groups and MCYS.
Alexa Labourdette
Alexa is a qualified Baby and Toddlers Yoga instructor and has been practising on her twin boys with her knowledge. Alexa is an advocate for Infant Massage and has seen the tremendous effect it has done for her 2 boys. Now that the boys are of toddlers age, she is consistently practising toddlers yoga on them.
Geenie Goh
Geenie is a qualified Baby/Toddlers/Kids Yoga instructor and has been practising and upgrading herself for the last 2 years. Her passion for kids has made her focus towards teaching the older kids.
Lyn Loh
Lyn graduated from Vivekananda Yoga Center in year 2002 with distinction and been focusing on teaching yoga for children. Having a slightly handicapped son ( he is severely dyslexic and has borderline autism ) has inspired her to turn her attention to teaching yoga to children as she can see how yoga has helped him become more focused and confident. She is also a nurse and trained in gymnastics, dance and ballet.
Aradhana Kumari (Anna)
Aradhana Kumari was trained in India and in Singapore by the renowned Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusadhana Samastana (Svyasa) Bangalore, where she passed with distinction. Having taught at Bhavan's Indian Central School, she specialises in kid's yoga or yoga for children. She has made appearances on Channel 5's health programmes, Singapore International Yoga Conference 06 poster & 2 different Singapore Sports Council brochures.
Bee Ling LUAR
She has a wide experience of teaching yoga to children from 3 to 14. She is also a Certified Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and is heavily involved in other children work as a coach/facilitator for school development and enrichment programmes. Bee Ling’s mission in life: “Create and spread happiness and harmony by bringing out the bright side of human, the fun and enjoyment of life, and the laughter and cheer of children”. In her interactive and educational yoga classes, she applies her NLP knowledge to empower and instill positive qualities in her students

Eileen Tiang
Eileen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and is a Registered Nurse in Singapore. She has been practicing as a private Childbirth Educator and Doula since 2004. An enthusiastic educator who is ready to bring whole lots of experiences to mothers-to-be.
Helen Curtis
Helen Curtis is a British mother of 2. Helen has been living in Singapore since Feb 2007. She is trained in Early Years Care and Education in the UK. She has 9 years experience in many areas of the childcare industry from Schools, nurseries to special needs. Helen has worked as a nanny for many families helping and supporting them with the day to day care of their infants and children and has taught new mums the basics of caring for their babies.Helen is a firm believer that with a little bit of support and encouragement first time parents can become confident with their new borns but most of all enjoy every precious moment.
Francoise Barbira Freedman
The founder of Birthlight, Françoise Barbira Freedman is a medical anthropologist. After spending long periods of fieldwork in Peruvian Amazonia, including two pregnancies and stays with her young family, she was inspired to share the gentle approach to parenting of her Amazonian hosts among friends in the UK. As a trained yoga teacher and therapist, Françoise used the idiom of yoga to create an original programmer of movements and nurturing relaxation for mothers to be and new mothers with their babies.In 2000, fourteen years after the first informal Cambridge classes, Birthlight was set up as a registered charity with an adjunct company Birthlight Training Limited.
