InspireMum Aqua Pilates

Many have seen the benefits of Pilates in toning of muscles, posture correction, firming of abs, strengthening the core muscles. How about getting the Pilates into the water?

InspireMum™ Aqua Pilates uses the buoyancy of the water as a medium to support the weight and therefore helps to improve on the balance. The resistence of the water also aids in the movement and creates a gentle friction to the exercise while preventing the potential of injury. InspireMum™ Aqua Pilates works especially well for treating of muscles strains or muskoloskeletal conditions. The water also assists in improving the heart and lung function during the exercise.

 

InspireMum™ Aqua Pilates is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers as we only do the workout in the shallow water. Once the student is more advanced, they can move to the deeper end of the pool.
