
InspireMum™ Yoga improves flexibility and strengthens the muscles, spine, eases back pain, improves digestion and circulation and encourages weight loss. As InspireMum™ Yoga does not cause any strain or imbalances in the body, it can be done by women of any age, to stay in shape and to develop a better concentration and balance. It renews, invigorates and relaxes the body and mind. Every session starts with yogic warm up followed by the various postures (from simple to advance) and last ten minutes is the relaxation, the journey of the mind into the peace and calm followed by breathing (pranayam).
