InspireYoga for Senior (prevously known as Yoga for Grannies) is a class specially catered to the needs of older beginners. Slow, restorative, breath-based and with the use of props, the class provides a supportive environment to help relieve common health concerns of elderly in their midlife and older. You are never too old to do yoga!
