
The InspireMum™ Pre-Natal Fitball class is used as a new challenge into your exercise program during pregnancy. The gentle yet firm support of the ball helps to relieve the back pain that is often occurred in pregnancy and a great tool to exercise the pelvic muscles and stimulate the spinal fluid. Pregnant women needs to balance themselves to sit on the ball for upper and lower body exercises and the movement increases the intensity of your exercise which helps to strengthen and stretch your muscles. Combining Fitball with Pilates maximize the benefits to increase your strength, flexibility and endurance as your pregnancy progresses.
Pregnant women are recommended to consult their doctor before they start these exercises. Generally, using fitball increases the intensity of the exercise as it uses our core muscles all the time just to balance our body weight on the round ball.
