InspireMum Post-Natal Pilates

InspireMum™ Post-Natal Pilates helps in strengthening core muscle groups which is necessary after birth. The workout strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, upper, middle and lower back and improves the posture. It also helps the mothers to get back into pre-pregnancy shape faster. Most mums encounter constant lower back pains after birth due to the weakened pelvic muscles.

InspireMum™ Post-Natal Pilates also speed up the healing and recovery from the rigours of the birthing process and reducing the possible stress or depression.
