Why Swing Pilates?

Swing Pilates uses our quality swing to be used in our fitness routines. It helps our students achieve certain poses that 

may be tougher to do on feet plus it provides ample support too! Our Swing Pilates aids to deepen the stretches and to prolong the hold in order to build better muscle tone. It also brings confidence to poses that needs more balance like head stands as such!

So, what does Swing Pilates do?

It helps to bring about freedom to your movements, adding intensity to your workouts and warm up your body towards another level of fitness routine! Not just for after pregnancy, pregnant mummies can work on their back pains, kids motor skills can be further enhanced via our Swing classes!

All our classes are conducted by qualified instructors and are held in small groups for better focus.

  • This course requires a minimum of 6 attendees before commencement.
  • Classes that fall on Public Holidays will be postponed to the following date.
  • Please come 15mins before the start of the class.
