What do you need to bring:
Swim clothes, Dry clothes, Towel, Water bottle, Snacks.
Your child should be in their sports or fitness attire.
9am – Check in
9.15am – Yoga Warm up
9.30am – Bounce up to the challenge
10.15am – Swim crash course in our heated pool
11.15am – Tea break
11.30am – Creative story telling (stretch and move)
12pm – Home sweet home
