She also taught in yoga studios and developed corporate programs and workshops.
After teaching Yoga in the UK for almost 2 years from 2011 to 2012, she moved to Singapore where I have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative classes, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Yoga for the elderly and Yoga for people with special needs.
The core of her classes is how to improve awareness through the vital energy (pranayama). Self-knowledge and profound respect for both physical and emotional identity, capabilities and limitations are basic principles to be observed by the teacher and by each student. Classes are tailored to offer solid foundation on how to perform asanas with proper alignment, with and without props, combining pranayamas, bandhas, yoganidra and meditation. She expects to encourage students to develop their own practice, with self-confidence and knowledge. She hopes they can experience, through Yoga, emotional and physical balance, gratitude for life, peace and joy.
