Breathing exercises is a form of relaxation and part of mediation. Start with 3 counts inhales followed by 5 counts of exhaling and slowly increase.
Do some stretching exercises to loosen any tension. The more you work on your mental self, the more the muscles get tensed up. So stretch that tense muscle on your yoga mat before work or even during work when you realised you aren't getting anywhere with productivity.
