Birthing Movement Workshop will prepare you and your partner physically and emotionally for that special moment. The workshop is a highly hands-on workshop focusing on a variety of movements to prepare for birth from week 32 onwards till labour.

This workshop is suitable for all couples who are keen to actively manage the birthing process It also provides advanced practical knowledge for couples who have attended Childbirth Preparation courses.
