Why Post-natal Yoga? 

Your precious newborn is now gaining strength day by day. And as you transit into this new phase – motherhood, the most essential part now is to keep yourself physically and mentally strong. There will be new challenges and Yoga not only helps you to deal with stress but also help the body to recover gradually. In that manner, you not only tone up your body but also create a more resilient mindset.  


So, what does Post-natal Yoga do? 

Postpartum yoga is an excellent exercise after giving birth that aids in body recovery and toning up of muscles while bringing a balance to the emotional state. Deep breathing exercises and stretches rebuild your endurance level.

All our postnatal fitness classes are conducted by qualified instructors and are held in small groups for better focus.
