Swing Pregnancy uses our quality swing to be used in our prenatal fitness workouts. It helps our prenatal students achieve certain poses or stretching that may be tougher to do on feet plus it provides ample support too! Our Swing Pregnancy exercises aid to deepen the stretches and to prolong the hold in order to build better muscle tone.
So, what does Swing Pregnancy do?
It helps to bring about freedom to your movements, adding intensity to your maternity workouts and warm up your body towards another level of prenatal fitness! Not just post pregnancy, exercise for pregnant women can work on their back pain, release the tension build up and using the hammock and the bars as props, it helps the prenatal to work on the stretching that can't be done without the swing especially on gravitational positions.
