Watsu 2 and 3

What is Watsu?

Watsu is the world's first form of Aquatic Bodywork and the principle form of Aquatic therapy for rehabilitation and eventually, became a form of mind and body relaxation. Watsu was developed in 1980 by Harold Dull. The Kinesitherapy (movement) working on the stretching structure in the water allows the myofascial connection and releases to take place creating joint mobilisation, fascia mobilisation and neromobilisations.

So what will Watsu bring to you?

Warm water, unconditional holding and treating the body as a whole, promotes deep relaxation, quieting the sympathetic and enhacing the parasympathetic nervous systems.

So how does Watsu training works?

This is the repeat of watsu 2 and introducing watsu 3 as a new chapter to the training. To complete the full training to be a Watsu Practitioner, the student will need to clock the hours required, have the relevant bodywork hours of qualifications.
